Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

eight phazes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email hello@eightphazes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@eightphazes.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your store credit or exchange within 5-7 business days.
